Eastern 7's Cross Country Season

The 2022 Winter Eastern 7's Cross Country Season starts on Sunday 1st May. BHLAC will be hosting this event at Gardiner's Creek Reserve behind Deakin University in Burwood.

The season is shaping up to be a great one and with Covid restrictions coming to an end we hope to get a full season covered with no interruptions. 

Eastern 7's Race Schedule - Time, Distance, Age Group

9:30am - 3000m - U13-U16
9:45am - 2000m - U11-U12
10:00am - 500m - U6
10:15am - 1500m - U9-U10
10:30am - 1000m - U7-U8

As we are hosting the first event we are asking all Box Hill Cross Country parents to signup to a parent duty early. Look out for the link through our TeamApp posts, Facebook page or even by clicking this link below. There are only 2 Box Hill events this winter. Let's all do our bit to make them the best events of the season.

BHLAC Cross Country Training

Cross Country training will commence this coming Wednesday at Hagenauer Reserve. Matt Seddon will be heading up the program and training is available to all BHLAC members. Training will be each Wednesday afternoon from 4:30 - 5:30pm.
